【Expedition Highlights】

● Beginner Friendly | Your First Sea Expedition
July offers the calmest waters in Penghu as the monsoons rest. Designed specifically for those dreaming of "island-hopping by kayak," this route starts in the tranquil inner sea with professional guidance, allowing you to complete your first inter-island voyage at a comfortable pace.

● Kayak Exclusive | Secret Realms Inaccessible by Land or Speedboat
Some views are unreachable by road and too shallow for speedboats. Using kayaks as our sole craft, we glide into shallows and reefs to touch desolate islands. Experience the majestic basalt folds of Yuanbei and the delicate textures of Niaoyu from the closest possible vantage point.

● Summer Memory | Front Row Seats for the Fireworks
Enjoy the highest water clarity of the year. Avoid the shore crowds at Guanyin Pavilion and paddle to the "front row" on the sea. Watch the fireworks explode directly overhead for a breathtaking finale to your expedition.

【The Essence of the Expedition】
Penghu is not only Taiwan’s only archipelagic county but also home to world-class columnar basalt landscapes. This sea area preserves deep imprints of volcanic eruptions and tectonic shifts from tens of millions of years ago. Here, you will witness magnificent basalt columns formed by cooling and contraction, alongside sea caves and coastal formations carved by the relentless pulse of the tides over eons. If you seek to explore coastal secrets unreachable by car and untouched by highways—to glimpse the purest fusion of geology, ecology, and cultural heritage—kayaking is the only way.

This journey invites you to "view the islands from the ocean," venturing deep into the North Sea via its ancient waterways. We will weave through the dramatic, three-dimensional folds of Yuanbei Islet and set sail toward pristine white sandbars and uninhabited reefs that reveal themselves only at low tide. From the waterline, you will witness traditional stone weirs (fishing traps)—a testament to the harmony between local fishermen and the tides—and the natural curves where ocean currents meet the land. We invite you to feel the raw power of the sea, to experience the grandeur of nature and the humility of the self, and to pick up your paddle to embrace the deep blue.

Falling in Love with the Sea
From the quiet serenity of the inner sea where the sky meets the water, to the exhilarating rush of breaking waves during an inter-island crossing, these are the moments that make kayaking so captivating. Even for absolute beginners, we start with the fundamentals, guiding you on July’s gentlest waters to learn the art of "conversing with the ocean" through your paddle.

On the first night of our voyage, we will paddle toward Guanyin Pavilion. From your exclusive "front-row seat" on the water, you will look up as brilliant fireworks bloom across the night sky, etching a profound sensory memory into this island-collecting journey.

III. Miscellaneous

Contract Validity: The travel contract becomes effective once the deposit is paid. Our company will prepay hotels, restaurants, and other vendors according to their requirements. If you cancel for personal reasons, charges will be applied based on the "Standard Form Contract for Domestic/Overseas Travel" or actual costs incurred; any remaining balance will be refunded.

Price Adjustments: Total fees are subject to adjustment in the event of significant fluctuations in exchange rates or accommodation costs. Final costs will be confirmed before the final payment is collected.

Rooming: Quotes are based on double occupancy (two people per room). Solo travelers must pay a single room supplement. If we successfully pair you with a roommate of the same gender, this supplement will be waived.

Single Rooms: A "Single for Single use" room is smaller than a double room. It is not a double room for one person. Requests for "Double for Single use" will be priced differently.

Child Policy: Per local regulations, children must share a room with an adult and are required to have their own bed.

Room Requests: We cannot guarantee specific floors, connecting rooms, or adjacent rooms for groups. We will submit your requests to the hotel, but fulfillment depends on the hotel's availability.

IV. Refund Policy

Cancellations: Refunds for withdrawals after payment are processed in accordance with the "Standard Form Contract for Domestic/Overseas Travel."

Voluntary Withdrawal: If you are unable to complete the itinerary due to personal reasons (e.g., psychological/physical factors, insufficient stamina, severe seasickness, fear of water, or inadequate gear), the leader reserves the right to terminate your participation for the safety and schedule of the group. In such cases, the unused portion of the trip is considered forfeited without refund. Any derivative costs (transportation, meals, lodging, etc.) must be borne by the participant.

Terms & Conditions (Important Notice)

Our expeditions involve long-distance sea kayaking and wilderness exploration, requiring high levels of professionalism and environmental awareness. Please read the following carefully:

Preparation: Please review the itinerary and required gear list thoroughly. Complete your registration only after fully understanding and agreeing to the contents.

Inherent Risk: Sea kayaking in open waters involves potential risks, including injury or death. Participants must be in good health. Those with pre-existing conditions (e.g., asthma, heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy) or those physically unable to complete the journey independently should not register. If you insist on participating, you must obtain medical clearance and inform the leader during registration.

Safety First: The itinerary may be adjusted due to "Force Majeure" (strong winds, large waves, lightning, current changes, or poor visibility). The company reserves the right to change routes, landing points, or abort the voyage to ensure safety.

Team Unity: The leader’s primary responsibility is the safety of the group. If a member’s life is at risk, the "Life Safety" of the injured party becomes the absolute priority. The entire team will move together (advance or retreat) accordingly; no objections will be permitted.

Minimum Group Size: If the minimum number of participants is not met by the deadline, the trip will be cancelled. All fees will be refunded without interest, or you may choose to transfer to a later date.

Insurance: Each participant is covered by a NT$ 5 million Travel Liability Insurance and NT$ 200,000 Accidental Medical Insurance (maximum NT$ 2.5 million for those under 15).

Note: Insurance only covers "sudden, external accidents." It typically does not cover internal illnesses (cardiovascular issues, epilepsy), heat exhaustion, dehydration, or severe seasickness. We strongly recommend purchasing additional personal Travel Insurance that includes emergency rescue services.

Conduct: Follow the leader’s instructions at all times. Do not wander off. Participants assume full responsibility for any injury or legal consequences resulting from negligence or unauthorized actions.

Health Reporting: Immediately report any physical discomfort to the leader during the trip.
