🌟 Collaboration with Adventure Elf and Experienced Kayak Teams
We have senior ACA-certified sea kayak instructors from Taiwan (American Canoe Association) providing full-course guidance, along with local expert kayak guides leading the way.
🌟 Beginner-Friendly Course
On the first day, we offer a full-day intensive learning session where you will master sea kayaking paddling techniques, kayak control, and rescue skills. Our instructors will practice with you until you’re confident, giving you the ability to navigate and handle a kayak safely. All training takes place in a safe and controlled water environment, so you can learn freely.
🌟 Unique Marine Environment of Bohol Island
Bohol Island is the Philippines’ first—and currently only—UNESCO Global Geopark, featuring numerous caves, sinkholes, and cone-shaped karst landscapes.
Experience night kayaking along firefly rivers, explore historical sites, traverse mangroves and tropical reefs, and sea kayak along the coast to the famous Alona Beach. Swim alongside schools of fish, and if luck is on your side, you might even encounter rare creatures like whale sharks.
[Itinerary Description]
Bohol Island is currently the only UNESCO Global Geopark in the Philippines, covering a total land and marine area of approximately 8,808 square kilometers. The island’s limestone formations hold traces of its geological history, creating unique karst landscapes. Within the geopark, you can find numerous caves, sinkholes, and cone-shaped karst structures.
If you want to explore the coastal areas between land and sea, discover rich landscapes, diverse ecosystems, and historical sites along the shore, sea kayaking is the perfect way. From the water, you can see the land from a new perspective, venture into hidden coastal areas, paddle through seagrass beds and mangroves, observe biodiversity, and witness the ongoing effects of global warming, such as sinking islets and mangrove forests at sea.
This journey allows you to feel the power of the ocean with your own body, experiencing the humbling scale of nature while approaching the sea with respect and awe, kayak paddle in hand.
Fall in love with the ocean from the basics—whether it’s the serene tranquility of sky meeting sea or the exhilarating thrill of moving with ocean swells, sea kayaking offers deeply memorable experiences. We want to share this with more people. If you’re curious about the ocean or carrying a sense of adventure and romance, join us to learn sea kayaking, and discover how to connect and converse with the ocean amidst the warm tropical waters.
